Must Have:
- Should be able to handle the administration of FileNet
- Should be able to handle install, upgrades, patching, etc
- Need to have solid experience in Linux
- Will be helping clients in the lower environment as well This is an admin role not development role
- Any scripting experience is OK
- Min. 4 plus years of experience
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of FileNet (CPE)
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of workflow (ICM, ICN) - Content manager & Content Navigator
- Very good knowledge of AIX/Linux commands (lots of folks were good in windows but not so much in AIX) as well as scripting.
- Very good knowledge on WebSphere administration/config
Nice to Have:
- Cloud and AWS experience OR certification
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of FileNet (CPE)
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of workflow (ICM, ICN)

- ICC for SAP and other IBM tools
- Experience working in large environments/large data/content, product tuning.
- Independently owning complex tasks and customer interactions
- Excellent Prod issue trouble shooting (past exp on resolving challenging issues)
- Lower env maintenance (upgrades/maintenance/troubleshooting)
- Communication skills/Attitude
- Java coding knowledge a plus
- Available weekends and nights if needed.
